CANCELED New Year's Eve Party for Adults with Autism  

DUE TO LACK OF RESERVATIONS THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED 

The Autism Society the Heartland will be hosting

 "A New York State of Mind" ROCKIN New Year's Eve Party 
on Wedensday, December 31st from 8pm to 11pm for Adults with Autism 18 years and older. 
This will be a fun filled event with a DJ, Food, NYE Party Favors, Fun Activities to keep everyone entertained.
We also plan on a Times Square Ball Drop at Midnight- New York Time- and Sparkling Beverage Toast.
  This will be a fun opportunity to dress up for a party! 
( No Alcohol will be served)

The event will be $5 per person, you will need to RSVP the amount of members in your party .Money will be taken at the door or you can pay online on our website www.asaheartland.org under the donate section

This is important as we will need reservations to account for food, party favors and give aways. If there is a specific food allergy please let us know- we will be nut free and also have GFCF items. 
Caregivers can call with questions on the event- 913-706-0042 or email info@asaheartland.org. We do encourage caregivers to stay at the event for supports if needed as well as if a Residential Provider is coming to have Support Staff. 

This event is in coordination with our AWARE Social Group- Adults with Autism Recreational Events.
It is through donations that we are able to support the activities  for the AWARE Group. 
 
We look forward to hosting this party. If there is inclimate weather the event will be cancelled. We will email attendees as well as post on our website and Facebook page if there is a need to cancel.
