Our Saturday Seminars are going to start out with Self Care Strategies for Parents.

One of the things we parents forget to do while taking care of our loved ones, is take care of US!
This seminar you will learn tools on better ways to help yourself, balance life and work on communication skills- we promise you will have take aways, and as I like meat and potatoes of info!

This is a free event, and 25 individuals max to RSVP. This is an interactive session- It will be ok to laugh, cry and share-
