Nelson- Atkins Museum Low Sensory Event  

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art invites you to join us for our first

Low Sensory Morning in the Bloch Building!

Experience the South and Southeast Asian art collection at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art’s next Low Sensory Morning.

| FREE | 9 AM – 10:30 AM | Saturday, May 19, 2018 | Registration required

We invite participants into the museum an hour before we open to the public in order to provide a quiet and low-stimulating environment where you can enjoy hands on art activities and art in the galleries. Visual resources, hand fidgets, a low sensory break room and other accommodations will be provided.

This is an activity for all ages on the autism spectrum or people who have sensory sensitivities.

Parking in the museum garage is $10. Museum members park FREE. You will be responsible for the parking fee.
