The State of Kansas has published a new Vulnerable Needs Registry www.helpmekansas.org . They will soon be conducting state-wide training sessions on how to use the registry. The website allows residents with special needs, volunteers and facilities serving vulnerable populations an opportunity to provide information to emergency response agencies so those agencies can better plan to serve them in a disaster or other emergencies.
