The Autism Society - The Heartland is proud to be able to provide scholarships to our members to help those affected by autism. We are now on our 5th year of this program and hope that it will continue to be a valuable part of your membership in the years going forward. It is only through your efforts that we are able to raise the funds that allow us to offer this program to help you and other families.
To request scholarship funding, please download, print, and complete the attached application form. You must meet all of the crteria outlined in the form to qualify for a scholarship. Applications will be accepted until March 31, 2012. All applications postmarked later than that date will be returned to the sender with no action taken. The Board of Directors will meet in April to review the applications and award scholarships.

Awarded scholarship amounts will be determined by the number of applications received and the funds available. There is no guarantee you will be awarded the full amount requested. The max amount awarded will be $1000/child.
