Getting help for aspergers son

We have been trying to get help for our son from the blue springs school district since last year. He needs an OT and has problems being on a mainstream bus (need small bus). The school gave him IQ testing which showed he was very intelligent. They are now saying he doesnt qualify for anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am just at my last nerve. I am scared of having another school year like last with full blown rages EVERYDAY after school until he wears himself out and falls asleep.
