   Bring your friends for Appetizers, Lite Cocktails and Pilates!

We will have door prizes, demonstrations and mini classes - Pilates Mat as well as others to be determined- so come prepared to exercise a little – or as much as you’d like. Everyone can do some Pilates but participate and watch at your own pace.

Funds raised will be disseminated by ASH for families to support healthy activities of their choice. Pilates 1901 will double scholarships that are redeemed at their facility.
